These little crunchy biscuits are so easy to make
all you need is:
50g Butter
50g flour
50g grated mature cheddar
50g grated parmesan
Optional a pinch of cayenne
Mix all the ingredients together until it forms a dough
Roll the dough to a thick sausage and cut into thin slices
Bake at 200˚ for approximately 10 minutes
Leave to cool on a rack for 5 min
