A very good Lacto free Chocolate cake

This cake is simply amazing, it's moist, airy light and so easy to make. This time i topped the cocoa icing with raw liquorice powder.
But you can decorate it with whatever you fancy.

An added bonus it's Lactose free so Felix can have it.

This is what you need to make one large cake: (Serves 25)

350g  flour
225g  lacto free butter (Arla)
375g  sugar
75 g  Good quality cocoa powder
300ml lacto free milk (Arla)
3     eggs size L
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp baking powder

Whisk eggs and sugar until it white and foamy.
In another bowl mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.
Melt the butter. Sift the flour mixture in to the eggs and sugar, mix milk and butter in gradually. Add the vanilla extract and mix until even.

Bake the cake in a 25x30cm paper lined tin (or two smaller tins)
at 175 degrees. Approximately 25 min, test with a wooden skewer!

When cool (If you can wait) Decorate the cake as you wish!

Enjoy...
